Hi,
Currently we are getting UUI data length of only 32 in DLG. Is there any way to increase this length? We are using latest versions of all the components involved.

Thanks,
Abrar

DLG has not been supported for several years, and no one has worked on the code base in that time period, so we don't have any experts left on that subject. The recommended interfaces are TSAPI, JTAPI, and DMCC. These all allow for 96 bytes of data (private data versions 6 and later).

An application using private data version 5 or earlier can only receive a maximum of 32 bytes of data in userInfo, regardless of the size of the data sent by the switch.

I am pretty sure following the directions for getting 96 byte UUI in TSAPI will allow longer UUI to be used in DLG, although I do not know that for certain.
