I am using AddTapi.NET, I have a task to display information from database on call receive using CallerID.

We have multiple computers and multiple AVAYA TAPIs connected with.

I can get data from database using Caller ID if the callers information is stored in.

Problem is on incoming call i could not check if the phone is busy or not.

I am getting data from database in OnCallConnected event, when anyone attend the incoming call the information is displayed on all computers, i don't want this, the information should be displayed only on the system where call is picked. here i could not filter that which line is busy or who picked the call. Is there any way to solve this problem.

The Basic Development Forum does not have a TAPI interface so I think you may have posted in the wrong forum. You have not indicated what product or API you are using so I cannot advise you as to whether or not there is a more suitable forum.
