Hi, How do I connect to CM with Non-Avaya H.323 Softphone, softphone like YateClient or others which are based on H.323 because when I try to connect it fails but I can connect using Avaya OneX Agent. Do we need to make any changes to CM ?

Hi Satish, the station type in Communication Manager needs to be "H.323" as opposed to something like One-X Communicator. Let me know if you're successful in logging in after ensuring that the type is set correctly.

I have set the ext as H.323 but still cannot using Yate Client

OK. I'm not sure that I'll be able to provide any further help on this. CM clients are not really the primary focus of this forum, which is more meant to be for developer issues / questions with the Engagement Development Platform.
