Hi,

When I tried to switch between some Web-chats, I get Window with question "Proceed with Unhold?"
Is there any way to disappear thos window?

Second question:

How to limit number of Web-Chats per agent?

Hi ,

This is because you have Phantom call ON for web Chat work item.
When we more than one Web Chat work item with Phantom call ON then all the Phantom calls automatically puts on hold When we switch between windows this will ask to retrieve the call as well.

There is no configuration to disable this window but if possible you can select "Automatically drop phantom call" functionality.
To enable "Automatically drop phantom call" setting , you need to Edit WebChat program in Media Store Database, at Desktop Utility plugin , there is check box for this.

Second question: How to limit number of Web-Chats per agent?
There is no configuration to limit number of Web-Chats per agent.
But if you are keeping Phantom call ON (contradictory to first solution :) ) , you can set Call-appearances of agents station at CM to match with your required number.
