Hi dear experts
I'm using emc desktop v 6.3.1 . So i tried to find an agent settings(agent login , extension , rules ) in the local ini file , wich installed in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\Avaya Aura CC Elite Multichannel\Desktop\CC Elite Multichannel Desktop directory.When i opened ASGUIHost.ini i didn't found any settings about agent login ,extension and rules .
Does anyone know , where is the agent profile settings defined ? When i uninstall EMC desktop application from PC and install it again , agnet settings restores automatically . Maybe EMC is using local Windows 7 profile service , for store settings ?
In the EMC Desktop shortcut by default defined this :
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\Avaya Aura CC Elite Multichannel\Desktop\CC Elite Multichannel Desktop\ASGUIHost.exe"

As i understood , this means that the settings should be saved in the local file system instead Configuration server ?

In Windows 7 ASGUIHost.ini gets copied at "C:\Users\<User_Name>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\Avaya Aura CC Elite Multichannel\Desktop\CC Elite Multichannel Desktop" And stores all changes there.
If you want to make changes to configuration values you can do it ini file located here.

Also when we uninstall and reinstall the EMC Desktop , setting are already there in ini file at Virtual Store.
