Hi All,

My Scopia DID number is : 15132285743.

Actually, i wanted to do the conference Call between three parties.
My calling party is : 2304@collaboratory.avaya.com Called Party : 15132285743

However, i am not able to dial to this number from Avaya One-X soft phone and as well from the code.
Your inputs will be really appreciated

But, while you really need to work through support, I'll clear up a misconception. The number you report is an external one, not routable from within your Collaboratory. By default it gets mapped to an internal number that is routable. For your lab this number is 3002.

So, if you dial 3002 from any phone within the lab you will be connected to Scopia server and prompted to join a meeting for audio only.

It worked. :)

I would like to know On System Manager where we can set up this mapping i.e DID number -> Extension..

I am facing one problem right now, whenever i join the audio conference, after entering meeting ID it says thank you and please hold.
Nothing happens after that.
It suppose to start the conference but nothing happens.

First of all thank you for your help..
Really appreciated...!!
Right now,, whenever i join the audio conference, after entering meeting ID it says thank you and please hold.
Nothing happens after that.
It suppose to start the conference but nothing happens.

I can see the conference is in "In-Session" state.

I am struggling from last month to make conference work.
I am just one stay away from that, let me know what's the issue now , conference is not getting worked..
All the participants are kept on hold.

I'm afraid I can't answer that. Please raise a ticket through support.avaya.com.

I pointed you to the documentation that tells you how to map the DID. What other response are you waiting for?

Do you have any idea why participant are being keep on hold in the conference??
