I've received some good advice about changing TSDI % on my AES connection advanced properties from 32% to 80%.

Similarly, I've been told that I can change the message period so that I receive more granular data on message rate.

My question is, would either of these changes be service-impacting? We have multiple TSAPI users configured for several apps (VoicePortal, CallBack Assist, and a 3rd party screen-pop app) and a couple of DMCC-dependent apps (Redsky 911 and Avaya Call Recording) as well.

Thank you in advance!

Hi Bob,

Unfortunately, tweaking system performance is not within our area of expertise. We are also precluded from giving advice on production systems, as yours seems to be.

I suggest you contact your business partner or Avaya Professional Services. They should have the expertise to help you.
