Hi,

(I hope I've posted this question in the right group)

I need to find out how I can determine whether or not an outgoing call, pegged in the CMS call_rec history table, was successfully answered or not.

It seems as if CMS records all outgoing call attempts in the call_rec table, but does not differentiate between answered and unanswered outgoing calls.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

I do not think you will get help on CMS in any of these forums. If you open a Technical Support ticket, one of my colleagues may be able to help you. You can do this using the Support & Forums -> Technical Support menu above.

Thank you for your response Martin.

I will pursue other avenues, such as logging a support request with Avaya or contacting our relevant account manager. Was hoping it would be a quick and easy yes or no with a bit of additional info type of response.
