Hi All,
My Lab id is lab 002.
Yesterday i restarted both CE servers.
After that i am not able to access any of the service. As both CE servers are not accessible.
However, i am able to ping both CE servers but not able to access any of the resources.
E.g i am trying to hit following URLS :
https://10.130.240.72/services/CallTest/index.jsp
https://10.130.240.72/services/RealTimeSpeech/queries GET request
However, i am not able to access these servers somehow.
Please let me know what is the issue.

I AM not able to Install any New Service ..
and
I am not able to uninstall any existing service.

Hi All,
Later i checked and found, services are getting installed and uninstalled.
But i am not able to open any webpage which is in my project.
In fact i am not able to access CE IPs i.e 10.130.240.71/72.
Please let me know what is the issue.
Let me know in case of any queries.

I notice in ce Service Management that CollabDesigner service is not installed, nor is WebRTC, certain other ED snap-ins. Please try Installing CollabDesigner from CE:Service Management and see if that resolves it. You might need to also install the others, but they may auto-install after ED comes up. I suspect this was a result of the restart.
Let me know how it goes.

I will look into this. CE1 looks to have been rebooted yesterday, but Collab Designer should be operational from CE2. You should be able to work from CE2 while I investigate.

Hi Valerie,
I rebooted both CE1 and CE2 instances because, there was some problem while playing media.
I have tried this earlier also, after rebooting my media was working fine.
However, Now i am able to access 10.130.240.74 CE server but i am not able to dial any number through Avaya One-X sip phone.
In fact, i am not able to initiate any call.
Can you please look into this issue also.

Hello Swapnil,
I asked our team here to reboot your system today. I also noticed a configuration missing which I added - there was an originating sequence, ce1, but no terminating sequence for the sip user 2306 to which your did is mapped. That sip user was mapped to Service Profile testprofile1, which had no Called Service mapped to it. I was able to open Collab Designer and made a quick Called party intercept app that I deployed to that service profile. It works and can be tested by calling your DID number. Called "zzzInboundCallTest" it will play a TTS prompt and h/u.
Let me know if you are good to go, and you can disregard my earlier PM.

Hi Valerie,
The problem has occurred again.
There seems to be some problem with making calls and making requests to the REST urls on Lab 002.
Can someone please look into it?

You'll get service more quickly if you go through the normal Collaboratory service procedure (i.e. email to collaboratory@avaya.com). We just heard that you were having problems through another means, and so consulted this forum.
