Hi, is there any way to obtain the VDN Label out of TSAPI events? I looked through the documentation and the CSTADeliveredEvent contains a private data field distributingVDN which is the VDN number but there's no reference to the text label in the documentation.

On the VDN form on Communication Manager the second field down is the "Name", is that what you are looking for?

You can't get that with TSAPI. You will have to use the System Management Service to get the VDN name. So when you get a TSAPI event with the distributing VDN you would send an SMS request to AE Services which would send the request to CM and return the VDN name.
