I am no longer getting simulated calls on DADs. I see them in the DAD's Console but nothing is coming to the phones. This was working without a hitch up to today. Is there a document as to how to set up the simulations?

Sorry I have been traveling and out of touch with work. Did a simple restart of the Communication Manager VM not fix the problem here? (not just CM, but the whole VM).

There is no documentation on the simulator, but if you were familiar with DADS you know more than I do.

There is a way to stop the simulator using the DADS console, but a restart of the VM would address that. You can also disable it using one of the configuration files, but it does not sound like you did that.
