I have a screen popup app that gets executed from rule added on EMC on user delivered events. This app does a screen pop and allow to transfer the call to a specified number. I have tried telephony web service single step transfer but transfer fails when the call is send to a queue as it wasn't getting alerting message. We have AES 5.2.2 and EMC 6.3.1
What is the best API would you recommend for this scenario to do a call transfer without having station monitored on client side?
