Hi All,

My lab id is lab002.
My Media server (10.130.240.75) is locked due to multiple wrong password attempts.

Need to unlock it on URGENT basis as we have demo tomorrow.


Please do the needful.
I need this on urgent basis because in my service i am copying media file to media server to play it to the user but as server is locked i am not able to copy the media file.


Your help will be really appreciated.

Are you working with Collaboratory?
If not, which Remote Lab are you working in?

DevConnect (this forum) does not host Collaboratory nor provide support for that environment. In your welcome package you should have received information on how to contact them with support issues.
