Phil, I'm afraid I'm not 100% certain what you're asking here. Can you please say a bit more about the use case, including:
- What application would be setting the context?
- Is the call itself initiated by an application (through a call control API) or in some other way (e.g. manually by a user)?
- What is the target of the call?
- What will be accessing context after the call is initiated?
