Post WebLM 6.3.11, WebLM server will accept requests only over TLS 1.0 and above. If the product application is configured to send requests on SSLv2 / v3 then the communication between the product application will fail. Hence, if the product application is upgrading WebLM to 6.3.11 and above, then please ensure that the product application is configured to send requests only over TLS 1.0 & above. Note that certain JRE releases provide support only for SSLv2. Hence, take that into account.

Hi Ross,

Is this something to take care while developing IVR application in OD or while configuring on AEP? Can you please elaborate?

Hi Ross,

We have tried using the new weblm.jar 7.0 (and weblmhostidgenerator.jar) and the tcpdump/wireshark shows that the connection is TLSv1.2... but still cannot use "https" to set the OD license URL (which is our main goal).

Secure Sockets Layer
TLSv1.2 Record Layer: Handshake Protocol: Client Hello
Content Type: Handshake (22)
Version: TLS 1.2 (0x0303)
Length: 185
Handshake Protocol: Client Hello

We have check all these links (speceially the #1 and #2):

Well, finally I found the "issue". The license.jsp (from runtimeconfig) is always showing this message:

<td><div style="color:red">License Url is invalid, or server is not up</div></td>

even if the URL is Ok, the server is Up & Running...

but in our case, there was not "Dialog_Designer" product license.

Would be nice to improve the error message :)

Thanks!
Marcelo.
