Is it possible to get agent name from the client side?

If I got it right from the documentation of CSPortal Web API SDK
agentid can be obtained only from two events
1) chatRentered and
2) urlReceived

But if we need to get agent id at the very beggining of the chat those are not the options.

If it was possible to request fields of edu from the client we could obtain the agent name from edu.

But as far as I see there is no way to do so.
