From the aesconnector trace, we are seeing the call is getting disconnected while doing the transfer. Logs are attached.

Please check the log extract below. We see the error message "got Connection Disconnected Event but during an alert or after queue. Probably calling a VDN"

To get assistance with exploring your log files you will need to open a DevConnect Technical Support ticket and be at an upgraded membership level with support hours available.

Also, make sure to open the ticket under the correct interface. Is the with the Engagement Call Control snap in or is the an Experience Portal question? When you open the ticket please explain the environment and what versions the Avaya products are that you are using.
