I want to implement the below listed functionalities in my customized CTI application using EMC Desktop SDK or API.

1) Want to show the list of available (Ready State) agents & skill groups with their extension, agent id

2) Once the call answered in CTI using "xmlStation.CallAnswer()", how to set "busy" state for that agent?

3) How to do the "Mute" call functionalities in soft phone using EMC Desktop SDK or API?
