How can i edit and customize the default web chat page, i need to add the phone number.

Hi Moataz Lasheen,

You can edit page "Default.aspx" present at <InstallationDirectory>\Avaya\Avaya Aura CC Elite Multichannel\Server\Media Gateways\Web Chat For IIS\WebChatASP on EMC Server.

Hi Supriya,

Thanks a lot, it helps. to add new data or customer wanted fields, do i have to reflect the same on database, or it will reflect automatically.

Also, are there any guide for this, i see a little comments there :(

Just want to know, which database and table usually save the web chat information, I want to add another info from web chat before launching but cannot find where to get the information. Already modified the default.aspx and ssndata xml.
