Customer is asking me to change the following from API:

IAssociatedCall.CloseWindowOnCallDropped Property Avaya Aura® Call Center Elite Multichannel Developer Reference
Gets/sets whether the GUI Host Voice plug-in will close the document window when the associated call is dropped. For the MultiMeida plug-ins, its default value is "False"; for the Voice plug-in, its default value is "True".

I need to change it to True for Multimedia.

Hi Erez-LeviZarini,

Default value for bool CloseWindowOnCallDropped { set; get; } is False for any type of workitem .
But in Voice Plugin in EMC Desktop has ini option to set it to True.
For multimedia workitem this functionality has not implemented in EMC Desktop.
