I need to develop an application to manage CM, example extensions to create, redirect calls. Etc. You can develop an application with these features.

Application Enablement Services and Avaya Agile Communication Environment can both enable applications to originate, and redirect calls placed to/from stations.

Within AE Services the TSAPI, JTAPI, DMCC and Telephone Web Service can meet the requirements you state, however I anticipate there are many more unstated requirements.

The ACE Web Services for Call Notification and Third Party Call Control v2 and Third Party Call Control Extensions are what would be used for the call control services you reference.
