Hi,

My lab id is Lab20.
However, when i join any active conference of Scopia using DID of Scopia Bridge , after entering conference ID i get into the conference but none users are able to hear voice of each other.

Furthermore, if i join the same conference from WEB then voice can be hear but not on SIP phone.

Anyone have idea about the issue?

After running traceSM i observed that packet status is 488(Not acceptable Here), it meant for Codec mismatch.

Please, let me know if this is a known issue and any workaround or fix for this issue.!!
