I am new Avaya Breeze platform. I want to create CTI application with agent and telephony functionality.
Agent functionality includes agent login, logout, ready and not ready...etc
Telephony functionality includes Call answer, drop, hold, unhold, transfer and conference etc.

Is there any snap-in avalaible using which i can achieve above functionality?

Hi Satish, such functionality will be available via REST APIs on Breeze in the not too distant future, but currently the only way to exercise such functionality is via the AES APIs. Sorry about that.
