We have CTI application developed using .net wrapper DLL based on TSAPI SDK. And Call back manager application. We want to transition these applications on new Avaya Breeze platform. Since I am new to this platform, appreciate any help in this regard.

Based on the requirements described in your other post, I think you're best off staying where you're at right now. Breeze will have the functionality you desire, just not yet.

Is it possible using Breeze platform to write a snap-in to modify Avaya Soft Phone to show the customer data?

You can modify the display string that is sent to the phone / soft client. Different endpoints have different capacities for displaying rich strings with this information. You can only intercept and modify incoming calls from the PSTN though; not station to station calls.
