I want implement Avaya Mobile Video

And CTI Server AACC

Moblie Video and AACC compatibility?

I knew Mobile Video routing Elite-based, so AACC difference...

Is it possible to use Mobile Video and AACC ?

Here's what I believe to be the state of affairs, but I'm not 100% certain. I'm working on validating this.

I believe that both WebRTC voice and AMV voice should work fine with AACC / AAAD. I think that video support on AACC is planned but not currently available.

Please stand by for confirmation on this.

Hi Joel, do you have any further feedback on this query?

Specifically when the video support for routing to AACC agents will be available. We have a number of clients in South Africa who are very interested in this capability.
