I created two options:

DTMF:1 Speech Key: YesKey Phrases: Yes
DTMF:2 Speech Key: NoKey Phrases: No

I mapped the incoming ucid to udid for the task.

When I run my workflow, it sits at that task for many seconds before I hear "A serious error has occurred exiting." It doesn't matter if I press any digits or say anything.

I see this in the admin debug window.

Andrew - attached is a sample that we tested. It defines two keys (Checking or Saving) and multiple possible phrases for each key.
Based on user utterances it will go to either Checking branch or the alternate branch.

Thank you. That's exactly what I was doing and your workflow has the same problem at runtime. I hear "A Serious error has occurred exiting" when it hits the Recognize Speech task. I have apparently uncovered another problem with the collaboratory setup for my lab. :-(
