Hi,

I set the agent state to "Not Ready" or "After Call Work" state using the below EMC SDK method.

xmlClient.CSTASetAgentState

But still, my station number can able to receive the incoming call on these states. If i set the agent state to "Not Ready" or "After Call Work" state, i don't want to receive any incoming calls on my station on these states.

How to do it? Please help me.
