Hi,

Is it possible to make a international call using "MakeCall" EMC SDK method? If so, how to do it? Is there any configuration need to do in Avaya CM or PBX to achieve this?

I would think that if:
a. You can make a local call using MakeCall
and
b. The agent can dial an international number from his deskphone/softphone

then is would be possible to do this.

That's not what I said. If the agent can normally make international calls then it should be possible to do it using MakeCall. If the agent is blocked from making international calls, it will not be possible to make such calls using MakeCall. It depends on how the switch is configured.

Which configuration / settings in switch denotes the agent is blocked from making international call?
