Hi Experts!

We are in 6.3.1 versión of EMC, and we just have installed web chat.
We need to automatically invite the customer to do a web basic survey, as son as agent finish the chat with customer...

We have seen that is posible to use web chat web services, and method : http://<IPadreess>/WebChatWebService/Service.asmx?op=SendMessageToUser
but we need to send as parameters the serviceToken,SessionID and Message.

How can we retrieve this parameters???

o you think of another method to do this? We have seen also the AutoText option, but we dont know how can we launch the autotext automatically as son as agent finish the chat with customer...

do you have ay other ideas??
