perhaps we are a little bit blind at the moment.

We need to find out the IP Address of the phone initiating a call.
Actually we can not see this IP Address within the SIP Header.

Devices are both H.323 and SIP as well as One-X Communicator

Thanks for your question.

In order to answer your question, can you please provide more information about the environment? In particular, a call flow, detailing the various components would be helpful.

For instance:
H.323 station -> CM -> SM -> Breeze -> SM -> ...

In the above case, you should see the station's IP address in the INVITE from CM -> SM. That will be in the bottom-most Via header.
However, in the above case, you will not see the station's IP address on the INVITE from Breeze -> SM.

In short, it depends on where the trace is taken along with the over all call flow. I will be able to provide you with a better answer once you can advise me more about the call flow.
