We have been experiencing issues connecting through ASA utilizing a SAT connection. Sometimes we can establish a connection but it will not last more than a minute before the session terminates and gives an error message. Sometimes the error message is received immediately.

The error message we receive is, "Communications error: remote reset. The connection was reset by the host. Ensure that you are still connected to the network, and that the host device is operational, then reconnect."

I have been going through the Administrator Guide for Avaya CM, and cannot find the error. Has anyone seen this error and know what my issue possibly is?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry, I'm not very familiar with ASA - I use putty. It sounds like you may have some sort of network problems.
