Yup. This is fairly easy to do.

Launch the CCMM Administation Tool (Multimedia Administration Tool)

Go to the Agent Desktop Configuration Tab
Go to the Advanced Screenpops section.
Either create a new Advanced Application, or edit an existing one.
Insert a new parameter to hold the variable. For example, if your screen pop is at http://screenpop.com/index.cfm, you will want to change it to http://screenpop.com/index.cfm?clid={0} (adding the ?clid= will allow the web application to catch the callerid)
Save the Advanced Application.
Go to the Advanced Screenpops tab.
Create a new Advanced Screenpop (or edit an existing), by clicking new
Click through the Edit Screnpop wizard, until you get to the Set Parameters section, step 5. Make sure to select the new Application we just created on step 4.
In the Set Parameters section, chose Parameter = 0, and Intrinsic = FROMADDRESS.
Save the advanced screenpop, and exit the CCMM administation
Re-Launch AAAD application. Changes don't take affect until you relaunch the client.

Then, once the web screenpop is open, how do I initiate a new call or transfer from within the web screenpop?
