Hi! Can I access call history using DMCC (missed, answered etc)? Thank you.

No. DMCC only provides real-time events. You can use it to keep track of call history since the application has started but there is no way to know what calls occurred before the application started.

Is there any other way of knowing call history of particular extension. Missed, answered, call duration.

Not using DMCC/TSAPI/JTAPI. You would need to have been monitoring those calls as they happened.

Historical information such as this is normally recorded by a call detail record (CDR) system.
