I am trying to evaluate integration with Avaya Communications and Customer Interaction Services for our application based in Apache Cordova (primarily on Android).

I could see that there are JavaScript API available. Are these API supported in a Cordova/PhoneGap application also?

Thank you for your question.
The JavaScript API is not supported on mobiles in current release. This remains a roadmap feature in 2017.
