Hi, we are trying the windows SDK to register a sip cc phone. With other SIP phone apps (PortSIP), registration works with the same config. With the windows SDK we get "All Registration Failed", is there something else we need other than a working SessionManager 6.x.

I see the certificate error on port 5061, but in the Call Service-Settings screen I've set 5060 with TLS off. See attached screenshot.

Thank you for your question.
In current case you need to have a proper certificates.

What you see when disables TLS is an issue. TLS (instead of TCP) connection is established and certificates are required in this case.

Thank you very much for your quick response. Yesterday I installed the certificate and the sample was able to register and make / receive calls.

In these difficult times (for Avaya), let's make these Avaya Client SDKs take over the world again. I see great things with the set of SDKs released. This will be huge. I'm checking out the Javascript SDK, this is amazing. I'm downloading this new Avaya Aura Web Gateway.

Just get back from technical team on your question.
In order to use TCP you need to configure all SM/PPM servers to use TCP.
By default (this is hardocded in current release) security is set to "Best effort" which means that CSDK will always prefer to use TLS instead of TCP (if both TCP and TLS servers are obtained from PPM)

Security certificate is unique for every lab and is required to work with TLS. You should ask your lab administrator about certificate.
