Can we use Client SDK (as replacement of Scopia Desktop & Mobile client) for Standalone Scopia Conferencing 8.3 system (none of Avaya Aura exist in current deployment? Customer would like to have their own Mobile/Desktop UI as well as Web based application to join video conferencing & control management. Will Scopia require to upgrade to Equinox Conference and what will be additional components?

Hello NiponMaluengnont

Thank you for your question.
These only work with Equinox Conferencing 9 (a.k.a., Scopia 9.0), not Scopia 8.3. Existing Scopia Desktop client needs to be used with Scopia 8.3.
You will need to upgrade to the Equinox conferencing solution (launch jan 24) and CSDK 3.1(launch in march end for this feature)

Best regards,

In CSDK 3.2 (June 2017) we are targeting support for HTTP signalling in addition to SIP signalling for the Breeze Client SDK Android, iOS, Mac and Windows platforms. This will allow clients created on these platforms and using HTTP signalling to register directly to Equinox Conferencing in a standalone deployment.
