In the document "Using Avaya Oceana Workspaces", attached, Chapter 4 (page 24) Transferring an interaction and Adding another agent to interaction. Is this using the customer interactions package APIs? Are these operations available if building a custom client using the JS SDK? Is there any place to get additional detail on how this works or are there any videos on showing how this works.

Hi Liz,

Yes, Workspaces is built on the Customer Interaction Services package (as well as with other packages in the Client SDK).
