Hi all,

I am not sure whether I should raise this question here because it touches SMGR as well.

The issue:
- after deploying an ED Workflow on SMGR
- when you go to the page Home / Elements / Avaya Breeze™ / Configuration / Attributes / Servcie Profiles and change the workflow's properties/attributes and commit it successfully
- it does not take effect those properties keep their original values
- I have to undeploy the workflow,change the proeprties in ED and redeploy it, sometimes I have to do it 2 or 3 times to get those changes alive

We have:
System Manager 7.0.1.2
Build No. - 7.0.0.0.16266
Software Update Revision No: 7.0.1.2.075662
Service Pack 2

Avaya Engagement Designer
Version 3.2.0.1.00013

Do you have any idea how to fix this?

Here is a final resolution on this -
“ There is a known Engagement Designer bug which is being worked”

For your use case and requirement at the moment, I am assuming you are good with the Global setting of the service attribute. We will look into this in the short future, but please let us know if it is otherwise. Thanks!
