I have created an OD application with the POM Pluggable Data Connector. It will play back a series of prompts with some attributes included. I have deployed the application (it validates successfully) and built the application as type POM:Application in the EPM. When I go into the Campaign Strategy editor, and drop a Custom node into the strategy, I can see all of the other POM applications we are running, but I cannot see the new application in the drop-down.

Does anyone know how to correct this?

I have the same problem. A common issue is related to the amount of applications in which axis2 has limitations.
The other issue is related to DB sync. A possible solution for this is to remove POM server and create it again, but it didn't work in my case.
