Hi,

I'm new with this EMC, I finished setup voice, all agents, vdn, and skills are visible in CM under control panel. Agents can login and set to available. Interaction is writing in db but not other info
Is there any configuration I missed? Any suggestion will be a great help.

Yes, DB also installed (but having issue with BAT file so I manually run the SQL files).
Anything in the INI file need to check?

If I change the IDSViewServerName, the IDS having issue/prompting not connecting.

First you can do is revise the connection to database, versión etc.. using control Panel (just to be sure all the installation is fine)

Then revise IDS Voice and Presence, and complete .ini file informatio(Also check the connection to AES in the .ini file.

It is the service which writes info to database. what you can do is change the Log level to 1 and restart IDS voice and Presence. and revise the log, looking for problems.

Yes, you can see in the Log something is wrong with the stream to AES.

You must create a correct link to AES, test it using tsapi test (for example) an configure the correct link and parameters into .ini file.

Now already have the link and already showing historical report, Now the realtime report not yet fixed still no agent, vdn, or skills visible. Already configure to ini the vdn, stations, and skills. Log said successfully monitored. Any configuration I missed.

Is this realtime report tied to CMS?

IDS - Multimedia having issue with CMS connecting to Port 5000 but CMS setup use Port 22, Do I need to open the port 5000, Any effect?
