We decided to drop support for ARMv5/v6 (~4+ year old) devices at the beginning of last year.

Are we still able to provide armeabi libs now?there are no armeabi folder and files in the "Android SDK, Release 3.0.0.1 (13.6 MB .zip)" ZIP file, where can I get it?

I found armeabi-v7a folder. It is placed in jni subfolder in AvayaClientServices.aar file.

Yes?I saw armeabi-v7a folder,but there is no "armeabi" folder. they are different libs, so where can we get that armeabi libs not armeabi-v7a?

Client SDK support for Android starts with ARMv7. There are no plans to support earlier versions. So unfortunately there are no armeabi libs.
