Hi everyone,

I have a problem. I have to create a real-time display for the office and on the display should show all the numbers of waiting calls in each Skillset. I just installed the RTDSDK on my computer. How should I work with it for getting the numbers?

That doesn't sound familiar. This forum is for users of the Basic development Environment which is a test version of Communication Manager and AE Services. It may not be suitable for your query.
