Subject: How to get the realtime number of waiting calls in a skillset

Hi everyone,

I have a problem. I have to create a real-time display for the office and on the display should show all the numbers of waiting calls in each Skillset. I just installed the RTDSDK on my computer. How should I work with it for getting the numbers? Am I right in this forum?
