Hi Expert,

I have changed Phone 1(Predefined ) number by AGTSetCustomerDetail. 'Phone 1' is default number. I am trying to dial the new number(Phone 1). but it seems still call old number. however I change other phone(Phone2) number. it is able to dial new number. Is it API limitation to change default number?

what POM desktop are you using? AAAD, Syntelate or custom?

sounds like your update is not working.
