Hello,
I need to develop a custom email report and I need to filter email autoresponses in a conversation. I would like to receive some ideas to can filter autoresponses

Autoresponses can be identified by direction flag as 1 (outbound) and no Agent ID associated with it. Additionally, out of box, subject also has "auto" word in it, so that can be used too is out of box settings exist.

Hello,
Thanks by answering, but I've been checking and in few cases AgentId is not null when direction is 0, in cases where sectorCount is greater than 1 agentId field is not null.
The subject field conatins some words which can help to filter
