Hi,

I want to know what is the maximum capacity of an sms license of Avaya POM.

• Number of sms’s which can be sent simultaneously with 1 sms license.
• Maximum number of sms’s which can be sent by 1 sms license in a minute/hour?

Please can I be redirected to a specification document for this.

Check out Doc ID: FAQ108760 on support.avaya.com for the details.

Basically, to use POM with SMS you will need to buy the APOM R3 SMS CHANNELS license to allow POM to utilize the EP's SMS ability.
The POM license is a binary license so only 1 is needed.
On the EP, you will need "units" to allow the EP to send SMS. The first unit is zero dollars and you buy additional units of AAEP R7 SMS 3600 MSG-HOUR AUTH LIC.
Each unit allows you to send 3600 per hour.
