We are proposing AIC solution (via AICD) for one of the customer for the screen pop functionality. Customer is using the Siebel CRM version 15.5 in openUI mode via secure connection HTTs.

In AIC we are proposing the Hybrid model as customer want chat functionality as well. Hence we wanted to know how the Siebel login happens if the screen pop Siebel URL is HTTPs

We just want to know how the authentication happens from AIC to Siebel. In the Avaya document it is just mentioned that for Hybrid model, AIC login credentials should be same as Siebel login Credential and not much details are provided for the HTTPs integration.

It would be of great help if you can reply on this. we were coordinating with ATAC but they just asked me to refer the AIC Siebel integration document where there is not much information on HTTPs integration is given.
