Has anyone faces this issue
That in
AVAYA breeze client SDK when we receive an incoming call the
the onCallRemoved method is also getting called after a certain time by default .
which make the Alertdiolog to dismiss

Generally if user doesn't accept the call, then "SIP/2.0 487 Request Terminated" will be send from the server after timeout. It means that the transaction completed and the call will be removed. But you can try to configure your CM to not terminate requests.
