In my IVR application, when call routs to a VDN and CTI pops out, channel number is visible instead user's calling number.
I have setup AES by following avaya documentation. Can any one please suggest what could be the reason for not receiving phone number.

I can see noting obviously wrong with your screenshot and you have provided no other information. Investigating your problem would require more investigation than can be handled in the forum. Also, when opening a ticket, please be prepared to provide a lot more information. For example:

o What is the call flow?
o From what event are you reading the calling number?
o From what field in the event are you reading the calling number?
o What version of JTAPI client are you using?
o What version of AE Services?
o What do you mean by "channel number"?
o What do you think is wrong with the data in the screenshot?

Hi Sneha,

were you able to solve this problem. I'm developing a simillar VDN monitoring App and i get the AAEP station number in ANI and not the users mobile number. Please suggest
