Hi,
My Breeze is giving me hard time. Its giving me error "Audit State: ERROR". I have restarted my breeze more than one time. It is still not up. How to trace errors and remove this error.
"Maintenance test" has passed all the test.

Thanks,

Hello, is this system in a Collaboratory or is it in your own lab?

Also, can you please get the following for us?
- Output from swversion on the command line.
- All logs under /var/log/Avaya/jboss/SessionManager
- Everything under /var/log/messages

You can zip / tar up logs and include them as an attachment on a response.

Hi @JoelEzell,
I have same "Audit State: ERROR" issue when trying to install snap-ins via SMGR.
I see under Home / Elements / Avaya Breeze™ / Service Management / Services this msg: "The System Manager can not get details of the service from the Avaya Breeze". However entity link is up, all tests completed OK. Service install status shows only "----"
